Important information for your arrival at Boutique Hotel Valkenburg - Hotel Kint

A few days before arrival, you will receive an email with all the information about your stay. Once your reservation has been paid in full, you will also receive your digital key. This gives you easy access to Hotel Kint and your hotel room.

You will receive your digital key on the day of arrival, after your reservation has been paid in full. Therefore, please check in advance that your contact details have been entered correctly, so you receive all the information on time.

Yes. To use the digital check-in and your digital key, your reservation must be fully paid before arrival.

Yes. Thanks to digital check-in, you are not dependent on a reception’s opening hours. From the check-in time onward, you can arrive whenever it suits you.

No. Hotel Kint does not have a physical reception. Do you have any questions before or during your stay? Then we are of course available to assist you remotely.

You only need a smartphone. An internet connection is required to open your digital key. After that, you can easily access the hotel and your room.

Are you experiencing problems with your digital key or can’t you get into the hotel? Please contact us directly. We’ll help you as quickly as possible.

Have you reserved multiple rooms? If so, we would like to receive the name, email address, and mobile phone number of the main guest for each room. This allows us to send each guest their own digital key.

Due to work in the area, parking at Hotel Kint is currently not possible.

Fortunately, there are several parking options available within a short walking distance:

• De Kei parking garage (opposite the hotel)
• Burgemeester Henssingel Valkenburg parking lot
