Technical Service Employee | South Limburg

Hotel Kint, Hotel Blanckthys, Kasteel Doenrade, Landgoed Altenbroek, Hotel Gulpenerland, and Grand Hotel Monopole: each one unique hotels in South Limburg with their own character and story.

Some locations have been recently renovated, others are in the midst of a transformation. This requires people who not only execute but also think along, signal, and adapt in the daily maintenance and development of our hotels.

That's why we are looking for a Technical Services Employee with two right hands, who takes responsibility for the technical maintenance of our locations.

Someone who ensures that buildings, installations, and outdoor spaces remain safe, well-maintained, and functional. You are frequently present at the locations, see what can be improved, and act on it immediately. This way, you ensure that guests can stay undisturbed and teams can work smoothly.

Your workday
No day is the same. You are practically engaged, switch between locations, and handle both malfunctions and maintenance. You work independently, but always with the team as backup.

  • Resolving malfunctions and performing repairs on installations, plumbing, lighting, equipment, and facilities;
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and grounds;
  • Conducting periodic checks on technical installations and facilities;
  • Identifying technical risks and resolving or escalating them immediately;
  • Registering and reporting maintenance and technical notifications;
  • Contributing to maintenance and improvement projects on and around the hotels;
  • Handling technical questions and guest notifications together with the location manager.

You work in the team together with 5 Technical Service Employees and the gardener under the Technical Services Lead. You perform your tasks independently and efficiently, according to instructions and priorities from the Technical Services Lead. Together, you ensure that the hotels are in top technical condition, and malfunctions are quickly resolved.

Salary and employment conditions:

  • The position is for 38 hours per week, mainly from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00. In consultation with the team, you will participate in the on-call service on weekends according to a schedule;
  • Salary indication based on scale 5 Horeca CAO depending on your experience and background | reference function technical service employee |;
  • You work in different hotels, around South Limburg;
